Kenilworth Wheelers track day @ Newport Velodrome on Sunday 12th October 2008
We are booked for a 3 hour track training session between
9.00am and 12 noon on the above date!
This outing is suitable for both novices and experienced riders.
It will include an introductory course and gentle training for novices and a training session as previous, plus a club championship including a flying lap and points race (or something similar) for the more competent rider.
Each group has 20 mins riding and 20 mins rest for the three hour period.

1.Name and contact number
2.Bike hire required (this may be with toe clips and straps or with look pedals) please state
3.Distance from crank centre to top of saddle
4.Distance from tip of saddle to centre of bars
5.Do you have any previous track experience? Yes or no will be sufficient!
You must take your own Look compatible shoes old design!
You must take your own crash helmet
Travel to be arranged between those taking part
Total cost including bike hire is still only £30.00.
I will require a deposit of £10.00 by the end of Aug…first thirty will get a ride
